Charlottesville, VA - "I had a great experience working with Cenvar Roofing from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and honestly easier than I expected. Tyler, the sales rep, originally came out about 8 months before I was ready to move forward. When I reached back out, he was super responsive and still had all my measurements on file, so he didn't even need to come back out. He quickly provided an updated quote, and I actually ended up saving money because they were running a winter discount when I signed. Megan, the account manager, was great with communication. She helped schedule everything and kept me updated throughout the process so I always knew what was going on. Wilmer, the foreman, was also excellent. He stayed in contact during the install, sent photos before, during, and after the job, and called me when everything was finished. We even met the next day for a walkthrough/inspection, which I really appreciated. Payment was simple, and they handled all the warranty paperwork directly. Everything is backed by Cenvar, so I didn't have to deal with any third-party hassle. Overall, everyone I worked with was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future roofing needs."

I was very impressed with the crew and how well they worked as a team. They were able to complete the job in two days. This was ahead of the proposed 3-4 days projected. Very pleased with their quality and workmanship. There were some issues with our spring plantings and flowers that got trampled during the work. This was offset by Cenvar adjusting the final invoice to compensate and was appreciated. Given the overall job I am very pleased and appreciate the GREAT end result. Thank you!"
