I know you probably have to do this, but the post install inspector was super nice and gave me that last bit of piece of mind that it was installed well and everything looked good. The financing and invoicing was easy, and when I had a question that came up after, it was resolved overnight with ease! I really was impressed with everything start to finish, everyone showed up when they said they would, they communicated along the way, were open and up front about expectations. I couldn't have asked for anything more."

My wife and I had just landscaped in the front around a very old rhododendron and it was discussed prior to the roofing job. The crew literally HAND CARRIED old shingles to the dump trailer!! Also, Griffin Coggins found some floodlights that got broken, I didn't even notice, but he immediately went to Lowes and came back and got up there himself and replaced them! Charleston, WV - "After a few issues were addressed, I have to give 5 stars to your employees. Garrett came out quickly from his home to see what the problems were and he called Jose to clarify it. Next thing I knew he was up on the roof. He stayed to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. Shawn was available to answer my questions and followed through. I was surprised to see Jose because I forgot you do a final inspection. He was responsive too. Nestor and Lestor did a good job too. I didn't get the names of the initial crew. I should have taken Spanish instead of French so I could have conversed with them. I've had numerous neighbors compliment the looks of the roof and commented how hard your employees worked. I asked Shawn to pick signs in our front and back yard. We left them up for a week. I got your number from an interior painter that we had named Lou Perna. He and his wife are excellent painters and they were pleased and apparently you are returning to do their garage. If you are good enough for Lou and Vi, you are good enough for us. It was a win-win. I hope you get some roofing jobs from our neighbors. I think they will be as pleased as we are. You have an excellent team. Keep them!"
