General Manager: Shane Wilson

Shane joined Cenvar in 2023 as a Project Coordinator in Charlottesville and has since worked in nearly every role within the local branch. That hands-on experience gave him a strong understanding of the business and helped prepare him to open the Culpeper branch. He lived in Louisa for about 10 years, and he and his wife now call the Lake Anna area home.

Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with friends and family on the lake, around the river, and taking in the local charm of Caroline Street. With experience across multiple roles at Cenvar and a strong connection to the region, Shane is committed to serving homeowners with dependable service and a customer-first approach.

Do you provide lien waivers and proof of insurance?

Yes. We provide proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and issue lien waivers upon payment.
