I gave them some muffins, they seemed thrilled. Then they were out the door. As best I can tell, right now, those windows have been snowed on, had wind gusts up to 50 mph, and pouring rain, and so far they have performed beautifully. We still have 3 more units to hopefully see completed by fall of next year as our quarterly HOA dues come in. Thomas was our first representative from Cenvar and he did a great job! Everyone should be trained to do their job just like Thomas. We were happy to learn his brother Titus has replaced his position, and he did a good job as well. Our last 2 units just recently completed, Demond , the lead foreman, communicated well and did a great job seeing those units to completion.

The roofers started early in the morning but only stripped the parts of the roof that they knew they could finish on that day. They started early again the next morning, finished my roof, and did an amazing job cleaning up. The estimate ended up being very accurate, and you can't beat Cenvar's warranty options.
