My experience with Cenvar has been positive from the onset. Zach, the sales rep, did a thorough inspection of my roof on a chilly chilly day and sat down and explained what had to be done, what the company offered ,what the cost would be. He was very knowledgeable. Since this process began before Christmas, Zach kept in touch, but not in an intrusive way. After Christmas, we agreed to have the roof done. He even watched out for the discount that was offered on the television. I was very pleased with him. I thought I was in good hands with our project coordinator. Demond. He was always available to answer a question in person or by phone. He was polite, personable, and I totally felt that I was in good hands with him as the PC. He introduced me to the work manager heading the team of roofers. When they began the work, I closed the door and they began the job. It was actually quieter than I expected. The area around my home was cleaned thoroughly. Due to Demond’s attentiveness to my project, I felt confident in Cenvar . He is definitely an asset to your company. I encountered an issue with the ceiling in my garage and notified Demond. He immediately took steps to get the situation rectified. Due to the freezing weather and my availability, this is ongoing. Every person I encountered has been polite, eager to please and very accommodating. I did not feel that I was just "another sale!" Also, Christopher came back a week later and did a thorough examination of the roof. He reported back to me immediately that everything looked great and asked if I had any concerns .He was polite and thorough and took note of my little concern unrelated to the roof installation. He acted up upon it immediately. I feel that I can highly recommend this team . A+ ,

Palmyra, VA- "Absolutely, I would recommend Cenvar! I already have to my mother and my brother of which both have either had work done by Cenvar already, or are scheduled to have work done very soon. I was very impressed with the workmanship of the Cenvar roofing install employees. They arrived on time (actually a bit earlier), and quickly got to work preparing the site. The project manager was not feeling well and didn't get to the site until mid-morning, but that didn't stop the crew from getting right to it. They were courteous and professional - took care to move my personal items that might get damaged and carefully put them back in place when the job was completed. (Atypical of what I typically see of construction crews these days.) I was really impressed with how they worked together as a team - everyone seemed to know their specific job and got right to it. No lagging around. In fact, the team finished the job in record time. They arrived at 7:30 and were complete by 1:30. WOW!!!! All in all Russell and Zach did an excellent job on pivoting and quickly remedying any issues that arose. A customer can't ask for anything more than that. "

From the beginning Dan, salesman, what very friendly, patient and extremely informative with so much information. I asked him to price many different options, trying to decide what all I wanted to install at one time and what type of material. He was extremely patient and very helpful which really was the deciding factor with me going with Cenvar. Next the installation crew, absolutely top notch. I was blown away with protection measures they did to protect landscape around the house. The foreman steadily communicated thru the whole installation with updates ,pictures with the progress. . That crew done an amazing job start to finish. At the end they literally were on there hands and knees picking small pieces of mulch out of the yard and put back in flower bed. I can't say enough this was so minor it truly did not need that effort because it was so minor and I tried to get them to not worry about it, but they absolutely would not stop until everything was in its proper place. Very impressed with there attention to detail. I personally went around and shook each one of there hands and thank them and told them they did a great job!!. My way of showing absolute respect for there performance. I wouldn't change a thing!! I will be reaching out to Cenvar in the future for price on installation of new front door. Thanks again Rita.
