I was getting quotes from two other companies, and assumed Cenvar would be high, but then saw your owner Chris Good on a commercial, and thought... what the heck, it can't hurt, and I was surprised that they were right in with the others. The salesman, Cameron Hoelzle, was great at explaining everything, procedures and showing me the materials, like the fancy boots. I was blown away by his knowledge! The guarantee was a deal-maker! My PC, David Stephens, was fantastic in communications, staying in constant contact. I knew if I had ANY problems, I could easily call Cameron or David and discuss it with them, both a great pleasure to work with. Honestly, everything was about perfect. I can't think of anything negative to say. The clean-up was impressive. The labor was impressive, and the way they handled the valleys of the roof... most impressive. I'd never seen that before. If ANYONE is sitting on the fence about Cenvar, send them my way! I will tell them like it is! I have future jobs coming up with other docks and possibly windows and doors, you have won me over!"

Woodstock, VA - "Our shingle roof was replaced. The crew was efficient and worked hard. I am glad that there was a project manager. The project manager communicated with me as to what was happening through in-person and telephone calls. I have had projects in which there was very little communication during the project because of the language barrier. Having a person check on the roof after the project was completed was good to have. Quality control answered any questions I had. We also appreciated that the roofers did not play loud music all day as our neighbors have had who used other roofers. The snow presented a challenge with clean-up. Tarps were placed on the snow which still made clean-up difficult. Weather cannot be stopped. The workers walked around and got most everything cleaned. Trash was taken with them. I would recommend Cenvar roofing for anyone who needed a roof. The process from sales to installation went well."

I’m not sure they even took any breaks. They had difficult conditions to work under, as it was cold and still had some snow on the roof when work began! They did a fine job of cleaning up after the roof was finished. There was still quite a lot of snow on the ground. Certainly not the best conditions for a new roof. I don’t think anything could have been done better. I will tell you that the reason I chose Cenvar was your sales rep Brian Allen. He was the only rep to look at the roof and talk to me. The others were done on the phone. I turned down a bid that was$3,000 less because of Brian. He certainly is a great asset for your company! Thanks for the new roof! It looks great!👍 Best Regards"

I'm now considering new gutters and rake. Impressed. Quality workmanship - attention to detail - measuring multiple times to make sure there is a tight fit on the doors. Came back several times on the roof to fix things - that were out of their control but they fixed things nevertheless. How to improve??? This is a tough one since I have no complaints. Digging deep here but maybe a follow-up like this email is great. Perhaps a reminder for a roof inspection every three years - postcard reminder would be great. There is nothing that I can think of that you could have done better. If I wasn't 100% satisfied, I would not be a returning customer. Perhaps a discount for returning customers would be nice but not necessary. Very happy with your company."

I shopped with 3 other roofing contractors. Your price was in the middle. To be fair, I don’t believe the lowest bidder was licensed. I am going to do a full review online once all work is complete.
