Charleston, WV - "After a few issues were addressed, I have to give 5 stars to your employees. Garrett came out quickly from his home to see what the problems were and he called Jose to clarify it. Next thing I knew he was up on the roof. He stayed to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. Shawn was available to answer my questions and followed through. I was surprised to see Jose because I forgot you do a final inspection. He was responsive too. Nestor and Lestor did a good job too. I didn't get the names of the initial crew. I should have taken Spanish instead of French so I could have conversed with them. I've had numerous neighbors compliment the looks of the roof and commented how hard your employees worked. I asked Shawn to pick signs in our front and back yard. We left them up for a week. I got your number from an interior painter that we had named Lou Perna. He and his wife are excellent painters and they were pleased and apparently you are returning to do their garage. If you are good enough for Lou and Vi, you are good enough for us. It was a win-win. I hope you get some roofing jobs from our neighbors. I think they will be as pleased as we are. You have an excellent team. Keep them!"

I contacted three different roofing companies and although CENVAR was more expensive, I selected CENVAR anyway, because of how Titus answered my questions. Titus was fantastic at reaching out to me and explaining things. He was patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. But more importantly, he took the time to answer those questions with the details that made me decide on CENVAR. Griffin Coggins, was also extremely patient, responsive, and professional. He consistently assured us of the process and came back on several occasions to make sure everything was done correctly. The installers corrected an area on the front of the house where the roof line 'dead ends' into the wall in such a way that it should never need to be addressed again. That was impressive. The fact that CENVAR has a post-installation inspection is very impressive. He came out and inspected the roof and found several things he did not like. The crew then came back and fixed the things that he addressed. Overall, we were extremely impressed."

I was not disappointed at all, and I appreciated the professional attitudes of everyone. Thomas and Michael were very straight forward with what was going to happen, as well as any additional charges or additional issues that could arise. The crew showed up when they were supposed to, and were fast and efficient. With my experience with this crew, I did not see anything that they needed to improve on.
