Charlottesville, VA - "I had a great experience working with Cenvar Roofing from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and honestly easier than I expected. Tyler, the sales rep, originally came out about 8 months before I was ready to move forward. When I reached back out, he was super responsive and still had all my measurements on file, so he didn't even need to come back out. He quickly provided an updated quote, and I actually ended up saving money because they were running a winter discount when I signed. Megan, the account manager, was great with communication. She helped schedule everything and kept me updated throughout the process so I always knew what was going on. Wilmer, the foreman, was also excellent. He stayed in contact during the install, sent photos before, during, and after the job, and called me when everything was finished. We even met the next day for a walkthrough/inspection, which I really appreciated. Payment was simple, and they handled all the warranty paperwork directly. Everything is backed by Cenvar, so I didn't have to deal with any third-party hassle. Overall, everyone I worked with was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future roofing needs."

When we had questions about the last part of the roof that still needed to be replaced, Thomas Payne drove over here personally and walked me through the last part that needed to be replaced to make sure we didn't miss anything. Thomas Payne went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of — he checked on us throughout the year to see if there was anything he could do to help us reach our goal of completing the last phase of the project. Cleanup was not so great, but when I called the project manager, he came to the house and did the cleanup work himself. It's possible that the guys who put the new roof on the house were too tired after such a long day, although one fellow used a blower (sort of) on a couple of decks (there was one they couldn't get to). I was impressed that I was kept up-to-date and found everyone with whom I talked to be friendly, knowledgeable, and informative."

Appomattox, VA - We were delighted with our experience with Cenvar! We would definitely recommend Cenvar. We were impressed with our overall experience. Aaron came to give an estimate and was very efficient and professional. Our roof replacement was scheduled for a Monday which was going to be rainy. Holton called on Friday and moved it up to Saturday. I was amazed that they arrived at 7:30 and when I returned home at 2 pm, the back was finished and half of the front of the roof. At 4 pm, they finished and started the final clean up and were driving away at 5 pm. Sam was the supervisor and he kept me updated while I was away from home early in the day. The next week, Sam returned to make sure I was happy and receive the payment. Then Jose came for a final inspection to be sure everything was completed correctly. Yes, I was very impressed with the whole experience. I truly can't think of anything which you could have done better. We are happy to recommend Cenvar to our friends and neighbors.
