• Premium Shingles: We installed Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Architectural Shingles in the color Estate Gray. These shingles provide a classic look that suits the wooded surroundings.

• Roof Simplification: We removed an old skylight, a chimney, and a wind turbine. For each removal, we installed new plywood decking to cover the holes, creating a seamless, solid roof deck that is far less prone to leaks.

• Ventilation Upgrade: With the turbine gone, we updated the home's airflow by installing Cenguard Ridge Vents along all ridges, ensuring consistent exhaust without mechanical parts.

• Storm Restoration: We also replaced the gutter guards, which had sustained hail damage, restoring the home's drainage efficiency.
