Palmyra, VA - " I would recommend Cenvar, yes. I was impressed with the customer relations, and satisfied with the work. We did have some extra nail left around because of the snow and ice. We were impressed by Anthony following up when he was back in the area and stopping by again to look at a section of the roof that was shaped strangely (was not ultimately a concern.) He also offered to have people come back out to sweep for nails again, but I think I have likely gotten most of them by now. Thanks again!

Athens, WV - "Yes, I would highly recommend Cenvar to anyone who needs new roofing. I was impressed with overall service. The 6 man crew worked very hard and fast. I’m not sure they even took any breaks. They had difficult conditions to work under, as it was cold and still had some snow on the roof when work began! They did a fine job of cleaning up after the roof was finished. There was still quite a lot of snow on the ground. Certainly not the best conditions for a new roof. I don’t think anything could have been done better. I will tell you that the reason I chose Cenvar was your sales rep Brian Allen. He was the only rep to look at the roof and talk to me. The others were done on the phone. I turned down a bid that was$3,000 less because of Brian. He certainly is a great asset for your company! Thanks for the new roof! It looks great!👍 Best Regards"

We won't ever have to worry about anything, with that 50 Year Warranty, if there are any issues, it won't matter, we won't be here! I really liked that the Project Coordinator, Griffin , did a great job staying in touch, calling and texting and really keeping us informed, then they came back a week later double checking for nails since the weather had been so bad. Then Christian came out and inspected everything, this really made us feel very confident!"

I'm now considering new gutters and rake. Impressed. Quality workmanship - attention to detail - measuring multiple times to make sure there is a tight fit on the doors. Came back several times on the roof to fix things - that were out of their control but they fixed things nevertheless. How to improve??? This is a tough one since I have no complaints. Digging deep here but maybe a follow-up like this email is great. Perhaps a reminder for a roof inspection every three years - postcard reminder would be great. There is nothing that I can think of that you could have done better. If I wasn't 100% satisfied, I would not be a returning customer. Perhaps a discount for returning customers would be nice but not necessary. Very happy with your company."

Fairfax Station, VA - "I was initially referred to Cenvar Roofing by my good friend and client. He owns several properties and I’ve used his contractor recommendations in the past. I shopped with 3 other roofing contractors. Your price was in the middle. To be fair, I don’t believe the lowest bidder was licensed. I am going to do a full review online once all work is complete. There are two outstanding items, beyond anyone's control. Paul-David is taking good care of me. In short, I am very happy with your company. Everyone communicated well, set expectations, and followed through on commitments. I don’t remember a better experience with any contractor. Cenvar seems to care about quality over speed, and when all is said and done, how fast a roof was put down doesn't matter. I am very glad Cenvar has chosen to expand and work in my area as the previous options were not always so great. The price was also very reasonable!" Cenvar is much better than any other roofing company I have experience with by far! Just make sure you treat your workers good because I know they worked themselves to total exhaustion. My experience with Cenvar has been positive from the onset. Zach, the sales rep, did a thorough inspection of my roof on a chilly chilly day and sat down and explained what had to be done, what the company offered ,what the cost would be. He was very knowledgeable. Since this process began before Christmas, Zach kept in touch, but not in an intrusive way. After Christmas, we agreed to have the roof done. He even watched out for the discount that was offered on the television. I was very pleased with him. I thought I was in good hands with our project coordinator. Demond. He was always available to answer a question in person or by phone. He was polite, personable, and I totally felt that I was in good hands with him as the PC. He introduced me to the work manager heading the team of roofers. When they began the work, I closed the door and they began the job. It was actually quieter than I expected. The area around my home was cleaned thoroughly. Due to Demond’s attentiveness to my project, I felt confident in Cenvar . He is definitely an asset to your company. I encountered an issue with the ceiling in my garage and notified Demond. He immediately took steps to get the situation rectified. Due to the freezing weather and my availability, this is ongoing. Every person I encountered has been polite, eager to please and very accommodating. I did not feel that I was just "another sale!" Also, Christopher came back a week later and did a thorough examination of the roof. He reported back to me immediately that everything looked great and asked if I had any concerns .He was polite and thorough and took note of my little concern unrelated to the roof installation. He acted up upon it immediately. I feel that I can highly recommend this team . A+ ,
