Our Cenvar Roofing team from the Martinsburg, WV branch recently completed a full roof replacement on a brick ranch-style home located on Junior Avenue in Shenandoah, VA. What We Found
During our initial inspection, we noticed several worn and missing shingles, along with minor granule loss throughout the roof surface. While there were no active leaks at the time, a few sections showed signs of aged plywood that could require replacement during the tear-off process. The existing roof had reached the end of its service life, making it a great candidate for a full replacement.
The Replacement Process
Once the materials were delivered, our crew began by removing the old shingles and underlayment. We installed RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment and O.C. Rhino Ice & Water Shield for added moisture protection. The new roof system features Tamko Titan XT architectural shingles in Rustic Black, a durable and attractive option designed to last for decades.

- New Broan bath and 8” vents for proper attic ventilation
