Roof Inspection and Findings
This project involved more than a standard roof replacement. During the inspection, our team discovered extensive rotting wood, damaged decking, and compromised gutter sections. The home also featured a flat roof area, which required a specialized solution for proper drainage and long-term protection.
Roof and Gutter Replacement Process
The crew removed all old roofing material, replaced damaged decking, and installed a full Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration architectural shingle system in Williamsburg Gray. On the flat roof section, we installed a Mule-Hide EPDM membrane system, secured with fiber board, insulation plates, and seam tape to ensure watertight performance.
We also completed a partial gutter replacement with new 6-inch white aluminum gutters and downspouts, along with Leaf Solution gutter guards for improved water flow and debris protection.
